RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Neerna Cosmetics, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic/skincare products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered.

N & N Enterprise (Neerna Cosmetics) is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In case of a damaged product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at kalpsav@gmail.com

Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-

-Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim. -Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.

-Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by N & N Enterprise (Neerna Cosmetics)

-The Refund for COD orders will be given in Renee Store credit.

-Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.

-Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. – N & N Enterprise reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
